Disklavier Double Takes

Disklavier Double Takes

When was the last time a piano completely blew your mind? At the 2019 Pennsylvania Music Educators Association Conference last week in Pittsburgh, attendees were completely blown away by our demonstrations of the Yamaha Disklavier, used in conjunction with a free video recording app called My Music Recorder. At first, folks thought we were just recording “regular” videos of them playing a grand piano. But when we played the video back for them, they were amazed to see and hear the Disklavier piano playing back what they just played, perfectly synchronized with the video! Don’t believe us? Watch the video and enjoy the double takes we caught on film!
