Chickering Petite Grand

Cunningham Piano Co. in Philadelphia restores a beautiful petite Chickering Grand Piano, originally hand-crafted over 100 years ago. This is the type of instrument that might have been given to a young bride as a wedding gift and enjoyed for a lifetime.

Jason Andino, Cunningham’s Director of Factory Operations and Piano Restoration, oversaw this project and describes how he and his team transformed the motley collection of 20 or so deteriorating parts into a masterpiece that looks and sounds pristine.
