The Force Is Strong With This One: Henry Wu & Anna Kislitsyna on The Cunningham Piano Show

Henry Wu is a wonderful young pianist who studies with Anna Kislitsyna at the Nelly Berman School of Music, one of the top community music schools carrying on the Russian conservatory tradition in the suburbs of Philadelphia. Besides playing the piano, Henry’s other passion is – STAR WARS! He puts that passion to good use to describe his performance of the cadenza from Edvard Grieg’s famous Concerto in A minor, Op. 16. At the time of this video shoot, Henry’s teacher Anna was pursuing her second doctoral degree, and shares some of the history of the Nelly Berman School as well as the secrets of the school’s remarkable success.
