International Competition Winner from Cunningham Music School

The Cunningham Music School has a great group of talented students, and one of our voice students just achieved quite a win! The Oscar Hammerstein Museum and Theatre Education Center is located in Bucks County, where Oscar Hammerstein lived and composed in the 1950's. Today, the Museum hosts The Hammerstein International Youth Solo Competition, and is the first international vocal competition aimed at young performers, ages 23 and under, honoring the legacy of Oscar Hammerstein. Ms. Elisabeth's eighth-grade student, Kiran, has been a voice and a piano student with Cunningham's Music School since we opened in 2017, and she loves to perform. This spring, she submitted a video to the Hammerstein competition, and placed as a finalist in the Youth Art Song category, as well as placing as a semi-finalist in the Musical Theater category! We are all so proud of Kiran and can't wait to see what she does next! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AA_p9ZX5LwA
