Freight shipments will differ in a few key areas when compared to standard small package services (UPS, FedEx, and USPS). First, and most importantly, these items are large and heavy which require additional care from our dock to your door. With freight shipments, you will receive tracking information, delivery directly to your home or business, and support from the Cunningham Piano team. Our shipping manager will work with you to set up a delivery time, ensuring you will be home and available to sign for your delivery.
- Our Free Shipping offer is available in the contiguous United States only. Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, or international addresses do not qualify.
- If you return your purchase, then the cost of shipping will be deducted from any refund or credit
