The Jerry Weldon Jazz Quartet will be performing at Cunningham Piano in Cherry Hill, NJ this Sunday, March 19 at 3 pm.
Jerry Weldon has played with jazz giants like Jimmy McGriff, Joey DeFrancesco, Bobby Forrester, Dr. Lonnie Smith, and Mel Rhyne, trombone great Al Grey, piano giants George Cables and Cedar Walton, drum legends Roy Haynes and Jimmy Cobb as well as guitarist/singer George Benson, guitarist Earl Klugh, bassist Keter Betts, singer Mel Tormé and a host of other legendary musicians.
His featured pianist, Mike Bond, has developed a following all his own. Mike has been recognized in the jazz idiom and has played with many jazz greats up and down the East Coast.
