Nora's own musical journey began at a young age when she started taking piano lessons with her mother. As she grew older, she pursued formal training under the tutelage of Irma Harter at the Edith McIntosh School of Music. Ms. Harter, a student of renowned pianists Robert Casadesus, Isidor Philipp, and Theodor Leschetizky, instilled in Nora the importance of relaxed mechanics and producing a beautiful, bell-like tone—a tradition that Nora continues to uphold in her own piano studio.

Nora further honed her skills and knowledge by studying exclusively with David Bradshaw, a renowned concert and recording artist who himself was trained in the Leschetizky method. She also studied with Laurie Ticehurst-Poole at the Bryn Mawr Conservatory. Nora's dedication to her craft has led her to perform in prestigious venues like Carnegie Hall's Weill Concert Hall and participate in international piano festivals.

In her teaching practice, Nora believes in creating a personalized and enjoyable learning experience for each student. Whether you're a beginner, intermediate, or advanced pianist, Nora tailors her instruction to your unique needs and abilities.
