Benjamin D’Annibale is a pianist and early keyboardist based in the Philadelphia area. A recent graduate of the University of Music Freiburg in Germany (M.M. Harpsichord) where he studied with Dr. Robert Hill and Prof. Michael Behringer, he completed studies at Temple University (B.M. Piano Performance) under the tutelage of Mikhail Yanovitsky. Past teachers include Charles Abramovic, Susan Starr, Vladimir Feltsman, Joyce Lindorff (harpsichord), Stefan Palm (organ, harpsichord), and Lambert Orkis (Chamber Music). He has concertized in and around Philadelphia, as well as areas of Germany and France. Benjamin is currently the music director at Schwarzwald Lutheran Church in Reading, PA.

Benjamin takes piano players of all levels. He looks forward to getting beginner and intermediate students started on the path of musicianship and helping advanced students dig into their technique, play more challenging repertoire, and broaden their horizons into lesser-known pieces that present unique challenges to even the most seasoned player.

(A note on Benjamin’s Advanced Studio: a minimum of three years of study and an audition OR a teacher recommendation from within the Cunningham Music School are required to take part in pre-college program.)
