Refund policy
Need to return a digital piano back to us? Follow these guidelines to ensure you receive your refund.
To receive a Return Authorization, you must email us at piano@cunninghampiano.com within 30 days of the delivery date.
Your purchase must be returned in the manufacturer’s original package along with all accessories, manuals, etc. The item must be in ‘factory new’ condition. Incomplete returns, items that show wear, abuse or neglect, may be refused and/or could be subject to a 20% minimum restocking fee.Returns should be received by Cunningham Piano within 10 days of the Return Authorization request date. Allow 14 days for the refund to be processed.
Send your return insured, pack it securely and make sure the shipment has tracking.
Refunds will be issued via the same method of original payment.

For 30 days from the day delivery, if you are not satisfied with your Yamaha Clavinova or AvantGrand digital piano that you purchased from Cunningham Piano online, you may return it for full refund, credit or exchange for another Yamaha Clavinova/AvantGrand.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and if FREE shipping was included in the purchase then that cost will be deducted from the refund.
*Please note that Special Order Finishes cannot be returned*
Note that sales for new acoustic pianos are final. For pre-owned vertical or upright pianos only, they can be returned within one year of purchase at 75% of the original purchase price less the cost of returning the piano to our factory.
